Some homes are tougher to sell then others, especially when the buyer would prefer a hardwood floor over the dark carpeting. However, with the magic of Paradigm Photo's digital rendering, we gave Ekk & Hamilton Realty the opportunity to provide their client with the photos of the home they could only imagine. Prior to our work, the home the client was interested in had only dark carpeting that they were not fond of. Upon seeing the home with a wood floor laid down throughout it, the buyer closed on the home the NEXT day.
